Trajectory is a hybrid brand consultancy / marketing agency that exists to unlock the potential for health and wellness brands to leave their mark on the world.

As an agency, our solutions help clients shape and guide the trajectory of their brands and businesses. We do this by crafting and aligning purpose, culture, strategy, design, communication and digital experience — so everything comes together to strengthen the connection between a brand and its audiences.

For some clients, our growth trajectory begins with launching a new mass market skincare range, a new destination med spa or a state-of-the-art surgical facility. For others, it's a rebranding of a health system, a global company specializing in clinical trials technology, or a repositioning of a professional skincare brand. And still for others, energizing existing health system, physician group and fertility benefits businesses through integrated programs of strategy, design, marketing and digital.

We were a very small team with a rapidly approaching deadline for the launch of our new clinical skincare line. In just under 6 months, Trajectory was able to quickly on-board, refine our go-to-market strategy and execute a two-prong plan targeting both consumers and dermatologists. Trajectory leveraged their strong skincare experience to help shape our positioning, and develop a campaign, collateral materials and website that resonated with consumers, professionals and retailers alike. I was consistently impressed not only by their expertise, nimbleness and dedication, but also by the partners that they brought to the table. For a small business like ours, Trajectory proved to be an invaluable resource and I relied heavily on them as an extension of my own brand team. Chose the agency for their ability to execute to a plan and a budget. And for the creativity and tactical advice we were provided with during the search for an agency.
We needed to end the project very early in our engagement due to issues with our UK licensing partner, so while I can't speak to concrete provided results, the initial planning process and first deliverable left me convinced we would have been very very happy with the finished product / results delivered to us by end of 2017.

After years with working with agencies, large and small, I found an agency that understood immediately the concept, look and feel of an often difficult service line - cancer - to bring to the public. They designed a campaign that was meaningful, beautiful and really reached our audience. They were easy to work with, responsive and adept at creative.

When they were able to bring to life the stories of 22 breast cancer survivors and tie it to the hospital cancer center - "We vs C" resonated with all our target audiences. I knew when I saw the first draft of creative boards that I had chosen the right agency. I look forward to a continued relationship.
